To configure the Shopify plugin within your iR Studio project, follow these steps:
1. Locate your project: Navigate to the 'My Projects' page in the iR Studio Dashboard and find the project you want to use for building your store.
2. Open project settings: Click the 'Configure' button located at the top right of the project tile to access the project settings.
3. Enable the Shopify plugin:
- In the project settings, find the 'Plugins' section.
- Toggle the 'Shopify' switch to enable the integration settings.
4. Enter your Storefront Access Token:
- In the Shopify integration settings, locate the 'Storefront Access Token' text field.
- Enter your Shopify Storefront Access Token (it should look like this: `4beffe41538252a1dde4a6a881857782`).
See the following video if you need help finding it: https://youtu.be/V3PekV3J_uQ
5. Enter your Shopify Domain:
Retrieve this element from the URL of your Shopify Admin, typically found as {store_name}.myshopify.com. If you have a custom domain, enter it instead.
6. Save your settings: After entering the necessary information, click the 'Save' button to finalize the integration settings.
Completing these steps allows the iR Studio to access and load all the items available in your Shopify store, including 2D and 3D models.
Currency support:
You can connect any Shopify store to the iR Studio, regardless of the store's region or default currency. However, version 1.0 of the iR Studio only supports transactions in US dollars (USD).
All prices from connected stores are displayed as-is in US dollars. This means that if your store lists an item as ¥1,500 (about $ 10 USD), iR Studio will display that price as $1,500 USD, not the actual converted value.
To ensure your store's pricing displays correctly, we recommend configuring your Shopify store to transact in US dollars before connecting it to iR Studio.
